RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns - PLEASE READ OUR RETURN POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE FILING A RETURN.
We always want you to feel great about your Opendoor Vape shopping experience. We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case scenario with the objective of making our customers satisfied with their purchase from us.
Defective items may be returned with-in 30 days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information. Our 30-Day warranty applies to manufacturing defects ONLY. Usage based defects are issues caused by mistreatment and/or misuse of products. For any returns after 30 days, you will have to contact the product manufacturer for your return or replacement.
Note: Prompt shipment of return item is required: Once your return has been authorized you will have 1 week to deliver or ship the items to our returns department. If the Return request products are not shipped or delivered with-in a week of authorization it will result in rejection of the claim and claim will be closed.
Items damaged by misuse or improper care are not covered by our warranty policy.
All Returns must include full original packaging, accessories and documents.
The following examples are NOT included in the warranty. Usage based defects include, but are not limited to
• Batteries that have dropped, batteries that have separated.
• Wires becoming exposed.
• Batteries that break inside a pocket, purse, or bag.
• Batteries that have been exposed to water.
• Bent atomizers.
• Damage to products due to user negligence.
We have a No Return Policy for E-Liquids, pods / pod packs, disposable devices, drip tips, and coils. All sales on E-liquids are final without exception. With e-liquids, taste is subjective, therefore e-liquids that have been opened and/or used cannot be exchanged for another flavor or returned.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items or issue the payments of the product if it is for a refund. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Upon receipt of a return, our Returns Department will inspect and test every product. If found defective, we will issue a store credit or replacement depending on the requested resolution of the customer. If a replacement device is not available, Opendoor Vape LLC reserves the right to issue a credit. Credits are for the amount of the item ONLY.
All returns are subject to case by case exceptions. Please contact us if you are having a problem with a product purchased from Opendoor Vape LLC and we will do our best to assist you.
Received Damaged, Broken Product – Item Not Ordered
Please check your order and verify the contents of the order within 72 hours of delivery of the shipment. If you have received a damaged product, a product that was not ordered, or an incorrect product; please notify the Customer Service Team via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
In your email please include your order number in the subject line. The email should include a brief description of the problem and include a photo of the product you have a problem with including your order number and today's date written on a piece of paper.
After you send this email, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team to resolve your issue. If a replacement product is not available, Opendoor Vape LLC reserves the right to issue a store credit in place of a replacement item.
